Gate Access

The CCCREOA provides 24/7/365 gate house and community security. All property owner/resident vehicles must have a CCCREOA Windshield Decal properly displayed on the lower left inside of the vehicle windshield.
 
To minimize congestion at the gate, an automated Electronic Barcode Decal reader and barrier arm has been installed. We encourage all property owners/residents to obtain an Electronic Barcode Decal and enter the community from the right lane.

The CCCREOA uses the Gate Sentry visitor/vendor access management solution for the community. The Gate Sentry system provides direct access to your allowed visitors and vendors list.
